Accessibility Statement

At The Ryl Company (www.drinkryl.com), we want everyone — including people with disabilities — to be able to browse, learn about, and purchase our products. We are committed to making our website usable and accessible to the widest possible audience, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.

Our goal and the standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are internationally recognized guidelines that help make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

We are working toward this standard but do not yet claim full conformance. Our site currently conforms partially to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, meaning some parts of the site may not yet fully meet the guidelines. The known gaps are listed below, and we are actively working to close them.

Measures we take to support accessibility

  • We provide an on-site accessibility tool that lets visitors adjust their experience — for example, changing text size, adjusting color and contrast, highlighting links, and enabling a more readable font. You can open it using the Accessibility link in our website footer.
  • Our site is built to include descriptive text alternatives for images, keyboard navigation, a "skip to content" link, and a defined page language, and we review these as we update the site.
  • We consider accessibility when we add new content, launch new pages, or install new apps.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some visitors may encounter difficulties in the following areas. We are aware of these issues and are working to address them:

  • Image alternative text: Some images — including certain product, promotional, and thumbnail images — do not yet have descriptive alternative text, which may affect visitors who use screen readers.
  • Heading structure: On some pages, headings are not arranged in a fully logical, sequential order, which can make navigation with assistive technology less predictable.
  • Third-party and embedded content: Some content is provided by third-party tools (for example, product review widgets, social media feeds, and other embedded apps). This content may not be fully accessible and is not always within our direct control.
  • Areas under review: We are also reviewing color contrast in certain areas, full keyboard operability, and the end-to-end screen-reader experience to confirm they meet our target standard.

Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter a barrier, need information in a different format, or have a suggestion, please contact us:

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. We review this statement and reassess our site when we make major updates or add new tools, and we work to improve accessibility over time.
