By entering this Sweepstakes, you accept the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-in (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi).

Sponsor has provided the prizes for the Sweepstakes, is sponsoring the Sweepstakes, and is responsible for operating the Sweepstakes.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. (New Jersey Notice: This promotion is not void in New Jersey.)

Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open to individuals who:

  • Are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry;
  • Are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and
  • Have a valid email address and physical mailing address within the United States.

Employees, family members, household members of employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, subsidiaries, and agents of Sponsor and any associated companies are not eligible to enter.

Agreement to Official Rules

By entering the Sweepstakes, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of:

  1. These Official Rules; and
  2. Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.

Winning the grand prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on September 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST ("Entry Period").

Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's records of all entries will be the official timekeeping for this Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

During the Entry Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes exclusively online at DrinkRyl.com.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person for the entire promotion.

The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

By entering the Sweepstakes in accordance with the entry process described above, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You consent to receive SMS and email communications from Sponsor.
  • Your registration and any other information collected in connection with the giveaway may be used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

You also acknowledge that SMS fees may be incurred from your wireless carrier in connection with participation in this promotion.

Drawing

After the Entry Period, on or about September 8, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) grand prize winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners

Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner within three (3) business days of the drawing by text message or email.

If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) calendar days after notice is sent, Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Only three (3) alternate potential winners will be contacted.

Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, an alternate potential winner may be selected.

Prize

There will be one (1) grand prize winner selected.

The grand prize consists of:

  1. Round-trip flights for the winner and one (1) guest (18 years of age or older) to Nashville, Tennessee (Approximate Retail Value: $1,000);
  2. A two (2) night stay at a 4-star hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, selected and booked by Sponsor (winner must provide a credit card for incidentals) (Approximate Retail Value: $500);
  3. A prepaid rideshare gift card (Approximate Retail Value: $500);
  4. A nightlife stipend of $500; and
  5. A gift card to Morgan Wallen's This Bar (Approximate Retail Value: $300).

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,800.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or lesser value at its sole discretion.

General Conditions

If the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, viruses, or other technical problems, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion:

  • Suspend the Sweepstakes and resume it in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or
  • Award the prize(s) at random from among eligible entries received before the impairment occurred.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes or acts in violation of these Official Rules.

Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Proof of sending communications to Sponsor shall not be deemed proof of receipt.

In the event of a dispute regarding an online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter shall be deemed the participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the associated domain.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless The Ryl Company, LLC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to:

  • Unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes;
  • Technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, telephone systems, or network lines;
  • Printing errors;
  • Lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail;
  • Errors in administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries; or
  • Injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize.

You further agree that:

  • The Released Parties' liability shall be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes.
  • The Released Parties shall not be liable for attorneys' fees.
  • You waive any right to claim punitive, consequential, direct, indirect, or other damages.

Privacy and Use of Information Submitted; Publicity

Any information submitted as part of the Sweepstakes will be used for purposes of the Sweepstakes and handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes your consent to Sponsor's use of your:

  • Name
  • Likeness
  • Voice
  • Opinions
  • Biographical information
  • State of residence

for promotional purposes in any media without additional payment or consideration.

Use of Entrant Information

By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may use entrant information, including email addresses, for general solicitation, marketing, and other business or promotional activities relating to Sponsor's products and services.

You may revoke such consent at any time by:

  • Providing written notice to Sponsor; or
  • Clicking the unsubscribe link contained in a marketing email.

Your opt-out preference may not apply to transactional communications related to your Sweepstakes entry.

Disputes

Except where prohibited, all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the appropriate court located in Morris County, New Jersey.

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Third-Party Platforms

If this Sweepstakes is hosted, administered, or operated on a third-party platform, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok ("Third-Party Platform"), entrants agree to:

  • Comply with all rules and policies of the applicable Third-Party Platform; and
  • Release and hold harmless the Third-Party Platform from any liability, loss, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize.

Unless otherwise stated, this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any Third-Party Platform.
